Its been a while since I wrote a Blog so I thought I would update you on what I have been up to and whats coming up ahead

As many of you know I have spent quite a few months in Sri Lanka at my daughters new boutique hotel Meraki in the South of the Island. A mixture of babysitting and mornings on the beach with the most crystal clear waters swimming with the turtles. Definitely add it to your travel list.

I have been doing quite a few Soul Readings here and 1/1 crystal treatments but mainly focussing on my own emotions and deep inner work and recognising that is the true work of any healer
.
As some may know I have taken the plunge and decided to put my stories into a book to be published. This is quite overwhelming but I am forging on and sitting on every doubt and fear that arises. I have met an incredible artist out here who has his own story to tell and does brilliantly through his art. He is Sri Lankan and I am excited to work with him. I also have a Book Doula Emily who I met a couple of years ago in Scotland. She is Canadian and exactly what I need to get me to the finish line. The stories talk to your Inner Child and relay messages from your wise old soul. Hopefully I am on track to do an audible version too - hugely exciting for someone who has to overcome fear of public speaking

I truly feel its time to invest in me and see where it goes so I'll keep you posted and updates on Instagram

Peace products I am revisiting when I return at the end of this month but you can still purchase online. It deserves more time than I have given it and continues to receive beautiful compliments about its healing essence.

I will be back offering 1/1 session from my Yurt in Pitlochry @£60 for an hour and a half. These sessions are perfect for retuning your energy and grounding you back to Mother Earth - what you experience depends on how much you can trust and relax but I do my utmost to create a safe and high vibrational space for you and lets see what unfolds. I hope everyone is doing ok - the energies have been quite intense for bringing up old fears and triggering situations so if you are managing to keep an eye on the bigger picture then you are doing well. Connection is what brings Peace so try as much to find your tribe and doing your own inner work. Remember the only way to help another is by being the best version of yourself you can be
